About me

"I truly believe that the body wants to go towards health and it will, given the right guidance."

I’m a registered Osteopath and Naturopathic Nutritional therapist, with a special interest in Chronic Illness & Children’s Health.

I achieved my Integrated Masters Degree in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy in 2014 and I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. In 2019, I graduated as a Naturopathic Nutritional therapist by the College of Naturopathic Medicine and I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

I am passionate about well-being and I truly believe that the body wants to go towards health and it will, given the right guidance.

Fiver years ago I started a journey to train within the Biodynamic Osteopathic field, this has been an amazing learning experience – I have four more phases to complete until I have finished the nine-year course.

I never want to stop learning about the body, as part of both Nutrition and Osteopathy, and as a therapist, we have to have a certain amount of training hours to keep our licence, which is a great way to further educate myself and keep up-to-date with the latest research.
