The treatment room is incredibly beautiful, warm and comfortable. This has been a really reassuring and positive experience.

I have been taking Ren to see Helena since he was a few weeks old. He had a difficult birth, had real trouble sleeping and experienced colic. We have also had sessions around his vaccinations to support him further. Ren always seems more relaxed after treatments and sleeps better.

Helena is amazing, I always feel so much better physically and mentally when I've been to see her... I would absolutely recommend a visit!
